About Aarthi
Indian-born and raised in the Netherlands, I grew up between languages and cultures. Over the years I've often had to teach or explain language to people around me. I've also taught and mentored others in various subjects in various contexts, including in learning Dutch. Outside of that, I'm a former engineer/programmer and current MSc student of Data Science. I love music, sports, reading, cinema & TV, travelling, and more. I'm passionate about language and I'd love to get to know you and help you learn Dutch!
Teaching style
I use a wide variety of educational resources and everyday examples in order to demonstrate the fundamentals and concepts of Dutch. I try to make learning a varied experience in order to keep it more enjoyable and engaging. This means practising with both formal exercises and studying rules, but also simple conversation, entertainment, and whatever suits you the most!
