Hi there! My name is Bodhi, I'm 24 years old and I'm from the Netherlands. I love reading books (especially history and literature) and I stay fit by running or dancing bachata. Plus, I'm currently learning Spanish, so I totally get how it feels to be in the shoes of a student learning a new language! I've been working as a tutor for over six years now, mainly helping students with subjects like math, physics, and chemistry. Over time, I've noticed that making lessons clear, practical, and even a bit fun really helps students not only pass their exams but also feel more confident in the subject. Why you should definitely book Bodhi Bodhi is much more than just a teacher. As he describes himself, he wants to be like a good friend to his students—someone who takes them by the hand and guides them through the jungle of the Dutch language. And that is exactly what he does. During the five weeks in which Bodhi stepped in as a substitute teacher, he truly turned words into action. With his friendly, calm, and patient way of teaching, he explains the Dutch language and its grammar in a way that makes learning feel natural and enjoyable. Very quickly, a relaxed and trusting atmosphere develops between teacher and student. His lessons were always very well prepared, clearly structured, and at the same time motivating and relaxed. After every class, I genuinely left with a smile on my face. I have not regretted choosing Bodhi as my tutor for those five weeks for a single second.
