About Dennis M.
Hi there! I'm Dennis—your Dutch tutor, communication advisor, and copywriter with an MSc in Communication Sciences from Radboud University. My specialty? Helping you get the hang of Dutch for real impact in practice, whether you're just starting out or looking to shine in a professional setting. When I'm not teaching, I love to stay active and explore new perspectives! You can often find me outdoors, connecting with nature—whether I'm catching waves while surfing or exploring the most beautiful routes on my motorcycle. I also have a big creative and curious side: I enjoy drawing, diving into a good book, and delving into psychology to better understand how we think and act (which also helps me find the best learning style for my students!). I always love to hear what my students are interested in, so I'm totally open to chatting about anything that excites you during our conversation exercises! Hi! I'm Dennis, a certified communication specialist and enthusiastic Dutch teacher. I hold a Master's in Communication & Information Sciences (Radboud University), a Bachelor's in Communication (Fontys University of Applied Sciences), and a specialized diploma in Marketing & Communication. My entire academic and professional background revolves around one thing: how language and communication really work. Since transitioning to teaching Dutch, I've gained practical experience successfully guiding students through their first lessons. Thanks to my in-depth background in communication sciences, I know exactly how our brains process new information. This allows me to design structured, efficient, and fun lessons tailored to your specific goals—whether you want to improve your everyday conversation skills, prepare for business Dutch, or understand cultural nuances. Let's break down those language barriers together. Book a trial lesson and launch your Dutch! Together, we'll explore the Dutch language! I tailor my lessons to your goals, whether you're starting out or aiming to excel professionally. Let's grow together and ignite your passion for the language. Book your trial lesson soon!

Dennis is a friendly and approachable tutor and I really enjoy our lessons. We always reflect together on how to move forward, he understands where I'm lacking and where I could build upon, besides that he's very creative. I'd gladly recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their Dutch :)
