Hello! My name is Joram and I am a Dutch teacher with almost 2 years of online tutoring experience. I have had the pleasure of helping more than 50 students, mainly beginners, to progress quickly and confidently in learning Dutch. In addition to online tutoring, I am also a high school teacher, which allows me to combine professional pedagogy with a personalized approach for each student. I love helping my students feel comfortable with the language, communicate effectively, and reach their goals, whether for work, travel, or integration in a Dutch-speaking country. In my classes, I focus on practice, clear understanding, and adapting to your pace. I am patient, encouraging, and aim to make learning Dutch accessible and enjoyable, even if you’re starting from scratch! I have almost 2 years of experience in online Dutch tutoring, during which I have helped more than 50 students, mostly beginners, to progress quickly and confidently. I am also a high school teacher, which allows me to combine professional teaching methods with a personalized approach. In my classes, I focus particularly on: Reviewing to consolidate what has been learned, Conversation to improve fluency and confidence, Additional practice outside of lessons to reinforce learning and encourage autonomy. My methodology is flexible and tailored to each student: I ensure that everyone progresses at their own pace while keeping lessons engaging and interactive. My goal is to help you speak, understand, and use Dutch in daily and professional life. *My classes are designed for students of all levels, from beginners to advanced. *I specialize in beginners and conversation. I make learning fun and help in all areas of pronunciation, reading, writing and listening. *I divide my lessons into 5 blocks. The first block is a repeat of the previous lesson (or if you are new, determine your level and discuss what you want to focus on), in the second block I teach you the material we will work with. In the third block we have a conversation with the new material. In the fourth block I give you some exercises and in the last block we revise.
