Hey there! My name is René I’m a Dutch national, and I’ve been living and working in London the UK, for the past 16 years. I have my own dance school and I LOVE to teach and help people with their personal goals and development, be it in dancing or languages. I've been studying with Rene for a few months now. He has a very adaptive and flexible approach to teaching, he always tries to take into account my learning preferences (for example, focusing more on exercises to prepare for NT2), he gives homework, which is also important for me. In addition, he is easy-going, we can talk a lot about different topics, which allows to practice speaking skills very well

Rene is a great tutor. He is patient and helpful and I have enjoyed the sessions, even though I was nervous to start Dutch lessons. I am glad to have found someone who I feel comfortable with and who seems motivated to help me improve my Dutch.

I’m so glad that I started to learn Dutch with René. He is very patient and lessons with him are great. I feel comfortable because there’s no rush and a lot of understanding and correcting if it’s necessary. After a class I always have a smile on my face! And also during it. I really like the Dutch lessons with Rene! It's always funny and interesting. :) He has a book for beginners which helps me a lot to dive in in the Dutch language. Especially the pronunciation is a bit tricky but with his help I'm learning it quite fast. I will definitely continue practicing with him. Show all 9 reviews
