About Sasja W.
Hi there! My name is Sasja, and I'm a certified Dutch teacher with a background in journalism. Before becoming a teacher, I studied journalism and worked as a journalist, both in the Netherlands and abroad. This international experience has deepened my love for languages, cultures, and connecting with people from all over the world. I've taught Dutch to a wide range of students – from expats preparing for the CNaVT exam to high school students working on their language skills. I believe in creating lessons that are not only educational but also personal, engaging, and tailored to the goals and interests of each student. Whether you're just starting out or looking to improve your Dutch, I'm here to help you with structure, enthusiasm, and an open attitude. Learning a language is more than just grammar and vocabulary – it's about understanding culture and building real connections. That's exactly what I aim to convey in every lesson. I have over 7 years of experience as a Dutch teacher, working with expats and non-native speakers of all levels – from complete beginners to advanced learners. I offer both group classes and private lessons, always tailored to the needs and goals of my students. In addition to general language lessons, I specialize in exam preparation, including the integration exam and the CNaVT exam. Curious if learning Dutch with me is right for you? Book a trial lesson! It's a great way to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and experience my teaching style. Whether you're just starting or looking to improve your Dutch, I'm excited to help you with confidence and a personal approach. Let's get started!
