About Marloes B.
Goedendag! My name is Marloes, I'm from the Netherlands and living in the Netherlands. I have several years of experience in tutoring the Dutch language. I lived on the island Cyprus where i taught people the Dutch language who wanted to move to the Netherlands. I'm in love with the Dutch language and would love to share my enthusiasm with you! We can talk about music (I love singing), writing, nature, psychology, cooking and food, different cultures, traveling and many more. Of course I am also very curious about your interests :) In my classes we will work together with a PowerPoint. I will prepare a new PowerPoint every time before the class starts. I like to work on a mixture of listening exercises, improving your vocabulaire, sentence structure, reading articles and translating them word by word and making you feel more comfortable in communicating Dutch. I will send the PowerPoint after every class, so you can use it whenever you want. If you wish to have homework, I can give it to you, if not, that's also fine :) For me it is important that you feel comfortable, confident and safe during my classes. I think every student has their own learning tempo and that's why I am a patient tutor. I've re-started learning Dutch with Marloes recently, and she's been a great motivation to continue my language studies. She's very reliable, organised and upbeat. She uses a lot of good material at her lessons and she's very accommodating to individual needs. It's a great experience to learn Dutch with her!

Marloes is a fantastic tutor! She made the trial lesson very engaging, fun, interesting, and also adapted to my level of Dutch. She corrected my mistakes, and explained how to correct them in an easy-to-understand manner. Overall, it was very enjoyable, and I look forward to improving my Dutch with her as my tutor, and I can only recommend her to other students looking to learn this wonderful language 😊
