About Melanie M.
Hi! My name is Melanie and I'm from the Netherlands. I have a background in Marketing and Communication and gained a lot of international experience through living in a variety of countries. This has helped me connect easily with people from all over the world. And having to learn two new languages myself, I completely understand the challenges of learning a new language. I have years of experience teaching Dutch to students of different ages, levels, and backgrounds and developed a method that is structured but feels personal, since we will focus on things that you personally struggle with and make it fun in between. I truly enjoy helping people improve their language skills and build confidence when speaking Dutch! I started teaching Dutch 6 years ago. Over the years I have specialised in giving really personalised lessons. Every person is different and learns Dutch for a different reason. My teaching technique is personal, aiming for you to feel comfortable, since this will break down your boundries and let you learn ten times quicker!
