About Stan V.
Fun, patience and listening this is the way to learn Dutch, no large amounts of homework or boring recitals, just having fun and learning by doing! Most teachers and tutors will start off by making you remember hard and difficult Dutch grammar terms, but I think the way to learn these concepts is by doing! 8 years of experience teaching different languages in many countries from the Netherlands to Uganda and South-east Asia Known for my easy going and professional attitude, good listening and social style (as you can see in my reviews) You can't learn to drive a car by just reading the manual, so the best way is to speak and use a lot of my specially I can help you with your Dutch language skill by taking our time and really focus on the pronunciation and just having fun, because one can only learn if you're having fun by doing it this way you stay motivated. Send me a message first, so we can talk about what you want and need, and this way I can alter my lesson schedule to your preferences and liking, so instead of a general lesson plan I will make the lesson specifically tailored towards your liking! I do not teach minors or groups/couples. Join me and let's start learning! I have been teaching for 8 years in Dutch, German and English. Also, I have been a certified ski instructor for multiple seasons in different parts of the world and always people like my easy-going, not holier than thou approach in teaching. This makes people comfortable and not anxious to learn or afraid to make mistakes. Because please make mistakes! Thats how the human brain learns! If you book a trial with me, make sure you get a 30min or 25min tria lesson, we can talk about what YOU want and what YOU need. This is the amount of time you need for a trial lesson and for normal lessons 50min lessons are the best. I want to specifically cater my lesson to your wants and needs so that you can have the best experience possible. I will tell you about how most lessons are structured, and a little bit about myself. After we might take a Language Level Test, but if you never did any Dutch and are completely new to it. We might be able to start with some basic Dutch. See you in class! Tot snel!

Stan is a great teacher! He´s super friendly, relaxed and easy to talk to. The lessons are always fun, but he also pushes you just enough to make real progress without ever feeling exhausting.
