About Walter P.
Hello everyone, I'm Walter! I'm a huge fan of languages, but I also love politics, history, movies, and games, so my lessons can be tailored to your interests and wishes, making our conversations truly helpful. I originally come from the US, but I've been living in the Netherlands for a few years now and I speak fluent Dutch. In fact, I completed my Abitur (equivalent to VWO) at the German International School, which means I can offer strong lessons in German, Dutch, and English (my native language)! I have quite a bit of experience tutoring, both with other students at school and with friends. So, I know how to present information in an understandable way while also challenging my students and pushing them in new directions to ensure that the content of my lessons really sticks in their minds. Although I don't have tons of experience, I clearly know what I'm doing and how to do it in the best way, so I hope you'll consider exploring a new language with me. After all, Dutch isn't my native language, but I know exactly which parts of this language are tricky for German or English speakers, and that's why I might be able to help you with the language more effectively than others!

Patient with my pace, well prepared every session and explains every detail, he knows how hard is to start a language and knows exactly how to teach you in it....

Walter shows so much understanding for my needs as a german speaker and knows exactly what I struggle with in Dutch and how to help me. I was shocked at how professional this young man was and he challenged me while also being patient. I will definitely recommend him as a dutch tutor. All in all it was a very great experience with him. And I hope that he gets more and more students, because he definitely deserves it. :)
