About Christophe
Welcome to my profile :) My name is Christophe. I was born in Antwerp, Belgium, where I have been living all my life. My mother's tongue is Dutch. I have a wide range of interests. Getting to have a good grip on languages helps me better get acquainted with things I am curious about. I like, among other things, playing football and reading and am interested in art in its many forms. You can count on my patience when helping students who feel insecure about their language learning. I adapt my lessons to students’ wishes. Both beginners and more advanced students are more than welcome. I give individual lessons as well as duo - and group classes. Prior to duo- and group classes, I ask students about their needs and language background. That way I can form new duos and groups or add students to existing groups. Students can always ask me about it in the chat box :) I make my lessons interactive, using hands-on, realistic examples and vivid sources. Students who want to make their language learning into a fun journey can find valuable experience in my speaking exercises. Don’t be afraid: I also offer simple conversational practice and traditional A to Z teaching. To explain complex issues, I can speak both English and French. Other languages I can use for example to compare sentence structure or basic grammar, mostly on a written level.

Fun lesson with games to play with your conversation partner. Christophe was able to pick up on any mistakes I was making and explain things in a clear way. It also gave me confidence in my Dutch as I was able to understand Christophe and my conversation partner clearly and hold the conversation in Dutch!
