About Linda S
Hi, welcome to my profile! My name is Linda, native Dutch speaker, and I have been a Community Teacher on Italki for ~4 years. I love languages (I speak some in the video, and am also learning -very slowly- Italian) and sharing my love for languages with other people. I have tutored students to help them improve their Dutch, English and/or German.
Teaching style
My lessons and style will depend on the level of the student and purpose of studying the Dutch language. Conversation is a key element, alongside practice in listening, speaking, writing and the optional grammar. In the first lesson, we will talk about language goals and establish what would be the best plan of action from there. I prefer to speak only Dutch to my students, because I believe it is more effective and challenging in a positive way.
