Hi! My name is Marloes, I’m from the Netherlands, and I currently live in Mexico. I speak Dutch, English, Spanish, and I’m learning a bit of Portuguese. Before becoming a language teacher, I worked for over 11 years in education and as the director of an NGO focused on social inclusion and non-discrimination. I love meeting people from around the world, exploring cultures, and helping others feel confident communicating in a new language.

Whether you want to speak Dutch more naturally, improve your writing, prepare for studies or work, or simply understand the language better, we’ll focus on what matters most to you. I use a mix of conversation, grammar, reading and writing exercises, images, and cultural context to help you develop real language skills that fit your goals. In our trial lesson, we’ll talk about you and your objectives, assess your level, and create a clear plan to help you progress with confidence and enjoyment.
