After teaching 300+ NT2 students, I built The Smart Dutch System™ - a structured, science-based approach fully tailored to you. My lessons are personalised, structured and intentional. Together we first identify your level and determine the fastest way to improve your Dutch, taking into account both proven learning principles and your personal learning style. My approach combines clear structure with personal flexibility: some students need more help with sentence structure, others with expanding their vocabulary or increasing fluency. Even though the lessons are structured, I keep the atmosphere lighthearted and relaxed. And mistakes? They are not only allowed, they are essential to the learning process. I keep track of everything we cover in a shared document so your learning stays structured and consistent between lessons. This avoids the feeling of random lessons and helps you stay in touch with your progress. At the same time, lessons stay dynamic and relevant, sometimes built around topics, situations or challenges from your own life. I also recommend useful resources and answer your questions along the way - all fueled by my passion for languages. 🤓
