About Charlotte S.
Hi there! Excited to learn some Dutch? My name is Charlotte and I'm a speech and language pathologist who teaches Dutch online from my home in El Salvador. My biggest passion - aside from teaching you of course -, is surfing the amazing waves in Central America. My other hobbies are long boarding, traveling around the world, reading good books (The Alchemist is one of my favourites), yoga, meditation and cooking healthy foods. I started working in a hospital in The Netherlands as a speech and language pathologist, but when I started to travel around the world I decided to begin with teaching Dutch online. Since 2018 I'm teaching online and I'm loving it! I love to share my knowledge about my language, but connecting with you is one of the things that is the most important for me. Searching for what you want to learn, what you need and finding out in what way you learn the best is very important to me. Learning a language does not only include learning grammar or studying words, it's also learning about the culture around it! If you want to have good quality classes which are fun at the same time, you can always send me a message and we can schedule a 30 minute appointment so I can ask your questions and give you an idea of how our classes will be. Hope to see you soon! :)
