Do you want to learn Portuguese within a couple of months? Get to pronounce almost like a native? I teach Portuguese for beginners and intermediates in an interactive way and focused on professional and personal needs. Having lived in 4 different countries, I developed a strong passion for several cultures and languages. I can highly recommend Joel! He is patient, structured, and can particularly convey the feel for a new language as well as the Portuguese culture. The lessons were always a great combination of understanding, vocabulary, speaking, and grammar, and his teaching materials are very varied. He speaks excellent English and German (and other languages), so the explanations were always clear and detailed. A top language teacher!! Show original

Joel is a great Portuguese teacher – sympathic, friendly, and always full of humor. He makes learning the language feel natural and enjoyable, and every lesson is not only about grammar or vocabulary but also a journey into the culture and beauty of his home country of Portugal. I always look forward to his classes and I recommend him as a teacher!
