Hi there! My name is Ezgi. I’m from Amsterdam and I’ve lived here my whole life. Since Indonesia has become a second home for me, you can often find me there too! Besides teaching, I love reading (sci-fi books), dancing, and cooking. I’ve been a teacher in primary education for over five years now. Alongside running my own class, I’ve also supported students who were learning the Dutch language. Whenever I traveled to other countries, I always had the desire to speak the local language to feel as connected as possible. With my teaching experience, I decided to help those who felt the same way as I did. That’s why I started teaching Dutch to adults, and I’ve been doing this for over a year now. I’m a passionate and patient teacher. I’m happy to explain things as many times as needed! I offer structured lessons to help you achieve your Dutch goals. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced! We’ll work thematically, focusing on different aspects like speaking, reading, listening, grammar, and spelling. ezgi is a really nice tutor! She is encouraging and very easy to talk to. She is always on time and very prepared. I would not say it's fun to learn because Dutch is hard to pronounce for me, but I would say Ezgi made it easier to learn haha . Im a student in the Netherlands now, and Ezgi is very willing to discuss Dutch culture with me. She also gives nice suggestions like where to buy better quality meat hahahaha, these suggestions are essential to my survival and allow me to understand the country more, helping me to adapt. Thank you!

Ezgi is a great tutor that helped me to tremendously progress with language learning. She tailored our classes to my requests which was important to me since I continued learning after having some knowledge already. With her I am able to learn Dutch in a disciplined and systematic manner. And if I need to cover topics that are outside of our original plan or want to learn more about the country and culture, she always supports with it as well!
