Let’s enjoy learning Dutch together! 🇳🇱✨ As a certified psychologist and native Dutch speaker, I’m especially skilled in communication and in tuning into your personal needs. Currently, I live in Japan to learn Japanese myself, so I truly understand what it’s like to learn a new language. Everyone has their own way of learning, and sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming — zie je door de bomen het bos niet meer, as we say in Dutch! Let’s figure out together what you want to achieve and create a learning environment that suits you best. I’m here to support you every step of the way! In addition to language learning, I can also teach you all about Dutch culture and teach you how native speakers actually use the language in daily life. My hobbies: making music, doing sports (surfing & snowboarding), cooking (it doesn't always turn out to be great), and writing I have taught several courses at university about communication skills and self-development. I also taught many of my international friends dutch for the past several years. Talk more, worry less — that’s how you learn Dutch One important lesson my Japanese friends have taught me: people should learn by using an eraser. Mistakes aren’t setbacks — they’re signs you’re trying. So don’t wait to be perfect and let’s get you talking from day one! 💬

I have been working with Juliette for about a year and a half (after trying some other tutors first) and I am so pleased with everything. She is so knowledgeable and understands how to pace you in a way that's progressive but not too overwhelming. She is always positive and smiling and we always have a great time in lesson - I truly look forward to our lessons. I am so happy I started and this is the first time I have stuck to learning a language as an adult! Dankjewel!
